Waring's prime number conjecture : ウィキペディア英語版 | Waring's prime number conjecture In mathematics, Waring's prime number conjecture is a conjecture in number theory, closely related to Vinogradov's theorem. The conjecture is named after the English mathematician Edward Waring and states that every odd integer exceeding 3 is either a prime number or the sum of three prime numbers. The conjecture is known to follow from the generalized Riemann hypothesis.〔J.-M. Deshouillers, G. Effinger, H. te Riele, and D. Zinoviev, ''A complete Vinogradov 3-primes theorem under the Riemann Hypothesis'', Electr. Res. Ann. of AMS 3 (1997), 99--104.〕 ==See also==
